An event was held at the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park yesterday to celebrate digital innovation in the county.

Held on October 4, the Lincolnshire Technology Futures event provided a forum for science, technology, engineering and digital businesses to debate the increasing role of innovation in the Lincolnshire economy, network with their peers and influence future policies to support the innovation community.

Selected speakers from businesses who have built their success on the back of innovation also presented on their approach to new products and processes and the emerging technical challenges within their fields.

Speakers included:

  • Neil Everatt, CEO, Selenity, formerly Software Europe
  • Simon Fry, Chairman, Micronclean
  • Vidyanath Gururajan, Innovations Director, Branston Potatoes

A panel discussion was also held, chaired by James Pinchbeck of Streets Accountants and member of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP Employment and Skills Board.
