Digital Lincoln meets Constable Luke Casey

Luke is a Cyber Protect Officer with Lincolnshire Police. They help to protect businesses and organisation against the growing threat of cyber and digital crime.

Online crime against business is largely under-reported to the police, but falling victim to cyber crime can have a real impact, not only financially but also in long term damage to business reputation. Lincolnshire's Cyber Protect team is here to help businesses to mitigate the risks of becoming a victim of online crime.

In his talk, Luke will explain more about the work of the Cyber Protect team and the CSCV (Cyber Specials, Cyber Volunteers) within Lincolnshire Police. He will talk about some recent cases and emerging threats as well as tips to keep your business and personal information safe online. We hope you can join us for what should be a great event. As always there will be plenty of time for socialising with like-minded people along with drinks and pizza provided by our kind sponsor, the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park.

PLEASE NOTE: This event will take place on MONDAY 28th January, 6.30 - 8.30pm rather than our usual Tuesday evening due to speaker availability. Hope to see you there!
